Hi, I’m Carren, Centre Director at Community Kids Haven Redan. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, I’ve had the privilege of working across a range of roles – from Room Leader to my current position as Director.
I’m passionate about building strong, positive relationships with the children and families who walk through our doors each day, and I take pride in creating a welcoming, supportive environment for all.
As a proud mother of five and grandmother of 14, family means everything to me. On weekends, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, visiting the beach, and relaxing with a good book.
The staff are incredibly caring and professional, creating a warm, nurturing environment. Their educational approach sparks curiosity and growth. Children absolutely loves attending and has thrived developmentally and socially. Highly recommend to any parent seeking a happy, enriching start for their little one.
Community kids haven redan have been absolutely fantastic with care for my little boy! He has some special needs and as a mother that lost her first to Sid’s these educators and especially the manager have put in extensive support and care for him around these dates still celebrating his sister and making sure we’re always okay. Throughout the days I’ve been able to have easy access through kindy hub to view all of his learning and day to day nutritional needs and his cares. We can’t thank these wonderful teams enough for the respect and support and the love they give us. Thankyou to the team and community we will never look anywhere else xx
We absolutely love Community Kids Haven Redan! My daughter is in the kinder room, and the growth we’ve seen in her over the past few months has been incredible. The educators are warm, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. She comes home every day excited to share what she’s learned, and it's clear she feels safe, supported, and happy in her environment. The kinder program is engaging, thoughtful, and perfectly balanced with play, creativity, and learning. We feel so lucky to be part of such a wonderful and caring centre.
