The CCS reduces the cost of childcare for eligible families based on your income, activity level, and the type of childcare service you use.
If you’re eligible, the subsidy is paid directly to our centre, lowering your out-of-pocket fees. You simply pay the gap amount.
To claim CCS, ensure your child is enrolled in an approved childcare service like The Fern, and submit a claim through your MyGov account linked to Centrelink.

Our daily fees at Community Kids Haven vary slightly depending on the centre location and the number of days booked. These fees cover high-quality education and care, nutritious meals, nappies, and learning resources. To get a personalised fee estimate, please contact your nearest centre.
Our daily fees at Community Kids Haven cover inclusions such as meals, nappies, wipes, incursions and excursions. Late pick-ups extending after the 6:30pm closing time will incur a late pick-up fee.

No, once your CCS has been approved and linked to our service, your out-of-pocket fees will reflect the subsidy amount. We will only charge you the gap fee (the difference between our full fee and your CCS amount).
