I’m Jessica and I’m the Centre Director at Community Kids Haven Ardeer.
I’ve been part of the i9 Education family since 2018, previously leading our Kingsville location as Director from March 2022, following earlier roles as Assistant Manager and Educational Leader.
I began my career in Early Childhood Education in 2007 and have held various roles including Co-Educator, Room Leader, Assistant Manager, Educational Leader, and WH&S Officer.
I’m passionate about building strong relationships with children and families. I believe children are the future caretakers of our world and love supporting their learning around sustainability and community connection.
Our daughter Raphaela has been attending for almost two years now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and support she receives. The educators are simply amazing a heartfelt thank you to Loraine, Marvin, Noemi, Bernadette, Riyah, and Isha for being so warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Since starting here, Raphaela has blossomed in confidence, independence, and social skills. The centre is always clean, well-organized, and full of engaging, play-based learning activities. We also truly appreciate the open communication and the genuine effort the team puts into building strong, trusting relationships with families. It gives us such peace of mind knowing Raphaela is in a safe, loving, and stimulating environment every day. We’re truly grateful to the entire team, highly recommended to any parent looking for high-quality early learning in Ardeer!
My son has been attending this daycare for almost two years now, and we absolutely love it! The staff are incredible—so warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They’ve always been supportive and helpful, whether it’s with day-to-day things or offering extra reassurance when needed. It’s such a comfort knowing he’s in a safe, nurturing environment where he’s not only well looked after but also thriving. We’re so grateful to have found this place and can’t recommend it enough!
My kids love it, very happy. They develop nurturing relationships with the kids, lots of different activities. Really satisfied with all the educators and admins here and team is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Absolutely loved having my kids here. Was a very sad day in December when we finished. Centre was always clean, and communication with all staff was always easy!
